I recently had the responsibility of selling the home that my aunt and uncle had lived in for thirty years. My Keller Williams broker in Portland (Morgan Davis) referred me to your office in Sherman Oaks.

Immediately, Ms. Rich was very empathetic with my situation, and they assured me that she would handle everything smoothly. This would not be your typical sale because I lived out of state and the home had been placed in a Living Trust naming me as the Successor Trustee (without my knowledge). Additionally, my aunt and uncle have Alzheimer’s disease and had not taken their usual care of the home in the last year, plus they were not able to help with the sale or the decisions on furniture, etc. Adding to this situation is the fact that their home is a very small, older home.

Ms. Rich took all of these issues in stride and sold the home for a price greater than we were asking. During the process, she helped with all the logistics that I could not handle from Portland, i.e., getting legal approval on the trust documentation, being at the property for every inspection and repair.

Throughout the process she was very optimistic and upbeat about everything that was taking place. It really was a pleasant experience, and she did an excellent job.
